Palio Olvio (Greek: το Παλιό Όλβιο) (Evlalou Municipal Community), belongs to TOPEIROU Municipality, XANTHIS Regional Unity located in Eastern Macedonia - Thrace region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “to Palaion Olvion”. The seat of the municipality is Evlalo and belongs to the geographical region of Thrace.

During the former administrative division of Greece (“Kapodistrias” project) and until 2010, Palio Olvio belonged to Evlalou Local District, the former municipality of TOPEIROU the prefecture of XANTHIS.
