Paralimni (Greek: το Παραλίμνι) (Paralimniou Local Community - STRYMONA Municipal Section), belongs to EMMANOUIL PAPPA Municipality, SERRON Regional Unity located in Central Macedonia region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “to Paralimnion”. The seat of the municipality is Chryso and belongs to the geographical region of Macedonia.
