Pera Arethousa (Greek: η Πέρα Αρέθουσα) (Arethousis Local Community - EVDILOU Municipal Section), belongs to IKARIAS Municipality, IKARIAS Regional Unity located in North Aegean region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “i Pera Arethousa”. The seat of the municipality is Agios Kirykos and belongs to the geographical region of Aegean Islands.
