Perasma (Greek: το Πέρασμα) (Mikrokleisouras Local Community), belongs to KATO NEVROKOPIOU Municipality, DRAMAS Regional Unity located in Eastern Macedonia - Thrace region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.
