Piso Meria (Greek: η Πίσω Μεριά) (Korthiou Local Community - KORTHIOU Municipal Section), belongs to ANDROU Municipality, ANDROU Regional Unity located in South Aegean region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “i Piso Meria”. The seat of the municipality is Andros and belongs to the geographical region of Aegean Islands.

During the former administrative division of Greece (“Kapodistrias” project) and until 2010, Piso Meria belonged to Korthiou Local District, the former municipality of KORTHIOU the prefecture of KYKLADON.
