Potamia (Greek: η Ποταμιά) (Potamias Local Community - FARIDOS Municipal Section), belongs to SPARTIS Municipality, LAKONIAS Regional Unity located in Peloponnisos region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “i Potamia”. The seat of the municipality is Sparti and belongs to the geographical region of Peloponnesus.
