Rafina (Greek: η Ραφήνα) (Rafinas Municipal Community - RAFINAS Municipal Section), belongs to RAFINAS - PIKERMIOU Municipality, ANATOLIKIS ATTIKIS Regional Unity located in Attiki region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “i Rafina”. The seat of the municipality is Rafina and belongs to the geographical region of Central Greece.

During the former administrative division of Greece (“Kapodistrias” project) and until 2010, Rafina belonged to Rafinas Local District, the former municipality of RAFINAS the prefecture of ATTIKIS.
