Sykia
Sykia (Greek: η Συκιά) (Sykeas Local Community - VERGINAS Municipal Section), belongs to VEROIAS Municipality, IMATHIAS Regional Unity located in Central Macedonia region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.
Its official name is “i Sykea”. The seat of the municipality is Veroia and belongs to the geographical region of Macedonia.
During the former administrative division of Greece (“Kapodistrias” project) and until 2010, Sykia belonged to Sykeas Local District, the former municipality of VERGINAS the prefecture of IMATHIAS.
