Tragana (Greek: η Τραγάνα) (Traganas Local Community - ATALANTIS Municipal Section), belongs to LOKRON Municipality, FTHIOTIDAS Regional Unity located in Sterea Ellada region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “i Tragana”. The seat of the municipality is Atalanti and belongs to the geographical region of Central Greece.

During the former administrative division of Greece (“Kapodistrias” project) and until 2010, Tragana belonged to Traganas Local District, the former municipality of ATALANTIS the prefecture of FTHIOTIDOS.
