Trypes (Greek: οι Τρύπες) (Trypon Local Community - AMANIS Municipal Section), belongs to CHIOU Municipality, CHIOU Regional Unity located in North Aegean region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.
Its official name is “ai Trypai”. The seat of the municipality is Chios and belongs to the geographical region of Aegean Islands.
