Lefkonas (Greek: ο Λευκώνας) (Lefkona Municipal Community - LEFKONA Municipal Section), belongs to SERRON Municipality, SERRON Regional Unity located in Central Macedonia region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “o Lefkon”. The seat of the municipality is Serres and belongs to the geographical region of Macedonia.

During the former administrative division of Greece (“Kapodistrias” project) and until 2010, Lefkonas belonged to Lefkonos Local District, the former municipality of LEFKONA the prefecture of SERRON.
